1. Is the cleaning fee included in the rental charge? An extra cleaning fee of 90 Euros is payable on each booking, and will be invoiced with the final balance.
2. Is your property a licensed rental property? Yes, our licence number is VV.MU.8765-1
3. Is there parking with the apartment? Yes, the apartment has a designated parking space in the underground carpark which is accessed with an electronic fob. This will be left in the apartment for you. I’m afraid we have to make a 40 Euro charge for lost car park fobs. If you do not leave the fob in the apartment on departure this amount will be deducted from your security deposit.
4. Can I hire a mobility scooter or wheel chair on site? Yes, Murcia Holiday Rentals, who have an office on La Torre (in the town square) have a range of equipment to hire.

6. Does the apartment have air-conditioning? Yes, there is air-conditioning in the main living area and both bedrooms. The apartment is fitted with air-conditioning motion sensors which will switch off the air-conditioning if you forget to switch if off when you leave the apartment. These must not be tampered with or removed. An amount of 50 Euros will be deducted from your security deposit if they are found to be tampered with or removed.
7. Does the apartment have heating? Yes, it has gas central heating and the air-conditioning units have inverters so can be used for hot air too, however this is an expensive way to heat the apartment and should only be used for a quick blast of warm air.
8. Can we bring our pets? We are very sorry, we do not allow pets in the apartment.
9. Do you provide bedding & towels? Yes bedding and bath towels are provided. We do not supply pool or beach towels so please bring your own.
10. Is there a hairdryer? Yes, a hairdryer is supplied for your use.
11. Is there a TV with international channels? The TV in the internal lounge has a full range of English, Spanish, French, German and other European Channels. There is also a DVD player with a selection of DVDs (for Children and Adults). The TV in the garden room is a smart TV and you will be able to sign in to your own Netflix and Prime accounts on both.
12. What kitchen appliances are there? The kitchen is well equipped with a full-size dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, convection hob and fan oven, fridge-freezer, and a washing machine. It also has a full range of crockery, cutlery and utensils.
13. Is there a supermarket on site? Yes, there is a Spar supermarket on site which is very well stocked – it is about an 8 minute walk from the apartment. There are also other supermarkets in the nearby towns of Roldan and Balsicas. A full range of larger supermarkets, e.g. Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona can be found in San Javier (about 15 minutes away by car).
14. Can I use other amenities on the resort? Yes, you can use the tennis courts, padel courts and any of the pools on the resort. It is a requirement to wear an electronic wristband to use any facilities, and to gain access to the courts. Six of these bands are provided. These must be returned. Unfortunately we must pass on a 40 Euro per lost wristband charge to guests who do not leave all six bands on departure. They are programmed to each apartment, and numerically identified, therefore we are charged for replacement.
15. Is there Wifi in the apartment? Yes there is excellent, superfast Broadband throughout the apartment.
16. Do I need to have a car? You can enjoy a lovely holiday at La Torre without a car – bars, restaurants, supermarket, pool, etc are all within 10 minutes walk. However, if you wish to see the surrounding areas or visit the beaches you will need a car, as taxis will cost a reasonable amount if used regularly.
