Our ground floor apartment is a beautifully renovated and thoughtfully designed space, offering comfort, style and a wonderful sense of relaxation. It features one elegant double bedroom with a king-sized bed, and a second bedroom with two comfortable single beds. Both bedrooms have generous wardrobe and drawer storage, as well as patio doors that open directly onto a sun-filled balcony furnished with a small table and chairs – the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee or that much-loved winter sunshine.  Each room benefits from air-conditioning, ceiling fans and fly-screen doors, ensuring comfort throughout the seasons.

The contemporary bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower, WC and vanity basin with excellent storage, along with an illuminated mirror and a heated towel rail/radiator –  ideal for the cooler months. The entire apartment also benefits from gas central heating, making it wonderfully cosy all year round.

The main internal lounge offers a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa, a smart TV with DVD player and a selection of films, as well as a dining table and chairs. This room also includes an air-conditioning unit for added comfort.

The spacious second lounge/conservatory is perfect for relaxing or entertaining. It features two large, comfortable sofas, a dining area, a smart TV and a charming electric fire with both light and heat settings. The full-height glass panels can be opened completely in summer to create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. This room also has two ceiling fans.  There is a flyscreen door between this and the internal lounge. The whole apartment benefits from superfast WiFi.

The kitchen is a real highlight  – large, bright and extremely well-equipped. With generous marble work surfaces, an oven, ceramic hob, stylish extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, full size dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and a full range of cookware, crockery and glassware, it is truly a cook’s kitchen where preparing meals is a pleasure. Very unusual in a holiday rental.

From the conservatory, step out into the private garden, enclosed by attractive hedging for peace and privacy. Here you’ll find an outdoor seating area with an L-shaped sofa and armchairs, along with loungers and sunbeds which can also be used by the pool.

The garden provides direct access to the beautifully maintained grounds and stunning pool area, complete with a large jacuzzi, children’s pool, and plenty of inviting terrace spaces to relax in the sun or shade. There are also wonderful views across the fairway towards the resort’s charming town centre. The pool and gardens are surrounded by mature palm trees and olive trees.  There’s nothing nicer than to sit in the garden in the evening and watching the parakeets nesting in the gently swaying palm trees.
